Local Sales Representatives: LSR
Objective: To consult with businesses and individuals, sharing with them tools and strategies, and influencing them to take action to build extraordinary businesses and lives.
Duties and Responsibilities: Candidates accepted into this program will be trained in Anthony Robbins’ systems for success and immediately apply those skills in promoting our exciting new program … The Robbins Results System as well as other custom solutions.
The Robbins Results System is a comprehensive program that combines the immersion of one of Tony Robbins’ signature events, coaching from one of his elite coaches, access to audio/ video training materials and behavioral assessments. Candidates are based in one territory, so travel requirements are limited.
Consult with high-level decision makers to determine needs and build relationships in one-on-one strategy sessions. Conduct complimentary training programs to groups from 10-100 participants. Take an entrepreneurial approach to your market by prospecting for leads, setting appointments, gaining referrals, and conducting market planning. Drive revenue for the Anthony Robbins Companies by selling the Robbins Results System and other applicable products and services. Partner with Inside Sales Representatives to schedule workshops and prospect local businesses. Attend local Anthony Robbins seminars and provide sales and customer service support Work with other Local Sales Representatives in your city to achieve team goals and share best practices with other representatives nationwide. Maintain, daily, weekly and monthly success plans and report key metrics daily as required.
Sales representatives will work in major markets across the United States. Immediate need for Sales Representatives who reside in areas listed: Charlotte, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.
Required Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess at least 3 years previous outside sales experience with proven track record of success.
- College degree.
- Traits, attitudes, & skills should include: great communicator, self-motivated, results-oriented, excellent presentation skills, entrepreneurial spirit/do-what-it-takes attitude, financially motivated, compassionate, persuasive, assertive, honest, strong closing ability, happy.
- Must be a student of the Anthony Robbins technologies/concepts.
- Knowledge of The Anthony Robbins technologies/concepts is preferred.
- Must have at least 3 yrs previous outside sales experience.

- Dedicated, competitive and team oriented.
- Motivated self-starter and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent rapport building skills.
- Previous Presentation skills, preferably in a group sales environment.
- Proven track record with inside and outside sales.
